The small hamlet of Sorti has less than 50 inhabitants, and is immersed in the quiet and wonderful beauty of the “Scurosa Valley”, Apennines (Sibillini Mountains).
Sorti is located between the Montelago plateau and the village of Sefro. It is a short trip to the nearby medieval city of Camerino, which holds the seat of one of the most ancient Italian University.
This fully restored, picturesque villa has been developed on two floors covering an area of 86 sq.
There are 2 private access points into the property (firstly through the main door for the bedroom area. Also access via the pedestrian gate and staircase for access to the living room).
The top floor of the property comprises of one double room, one single room with a built-in wardrobe and bathroom.
The ground floor has one bathroom with access from a large kitchen/living room with corner fireplace.
There is direct access from the living room to the colonnade which overlooks the garden offering an ideal retreat for open air gastronomy.
The house sits on a 275 sq. plot and the garden is surrounded by a magnificent, green fence of cherry-laurel that creates a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. You can rest under the shade of the colonnade or under the walnut, apple or laurel trees.
From the bedrooms you have a wonderful vue of the surrounding villages. There is also the natural landscape of the neighboring woods which throughout the year take on a different characters.
